Where do your products come from?

We offer a mix of curated items from trusted makers and our own Pueblo Poppy creations. Some items may ship separately to reach you faster.

How long does shipping take?

Most items ship within 3–7 business days. Delivery times depend on the carrier and your location.

Why did my order arrive in multiple packages?

To get your items to you quickly, some products ship from different locations. Each package will have its own tracking number.

Do you accept returns?

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items such as bath products, essential oils, bedding, sleepwear, and intimate-use items may be final sale. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll gladly make it right.

What if my package is lost or delayed?

Once a package is with the carrier, delivery is outside our control. Please contact the carrier with your tracking number. We’re happy to help guide you if needed.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours if they haven’t begun processing.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we ship within the United States only.
